Based in Westbury, I am a qualified Mindful i - Mindfulness Meditation - Teacher.
I offer Mindfulness and Relaxation sessions and workshops, localy to the public and to small organisations [mainly charities].
I do nothing more than share my own experiences of 'what works for me'. I always aim to keep things simple and hence accessable.
Although only 'part time' [as I am a fulltime unpaid carer],
I provide a professional service in line with the IICT Code of Ethics
Mindfulness Meditaion mini workshops
Are based on the 'Mindful i' programme, incorporating 'Mindful Movement'
The complete course suitable for 'beginers', is spread over 6 x 2 hour mini workshops, normaly monthly, on a weekday afternoon.
